1. How to embed a font

Go to "FILE"
Click "SAVE/SAVE AS"

Then pick "BROWSE" to choose
here you are going to save
your presentation, or pick one
of the recent folders

On "Save Options" Window, look for
"Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation" part
and then put check mark on "Embed fonts in the file"

You can choose "Embed only the characters used in the presentation"
for embedding characters which are only used in your presentation
to make your file size smaller

And, click "SAVE" to save your presentation.

On "SAVE/SAVE AS" window,
click "TOOLS" then click
"SAVE OPTION"

or, choose "Embed all characters" for embedding all characters set
of the font that you are using. This option is best if you want to
reedit your presentation in the future.
Next, click “OK”
