Driven by social justice, fairness and equality across the world, I feel most invigorated by my work when I see that my contributions have brought inspiration and meaning to those who need it most, in particular the most marginalised groups. Over the past 20 years, I’ve been working in international development to promote and protect the rights and interests of children, young people and women, and to help communities to create innovative and lasting solutions to poverty.
