• We have tied up with Consultants specializing in training special children
to develop customized training programs for all drivers (both Induction
training / Re-orientation) at our in-house facility in Chennai.
• All Site Incharge / Sr. Supervisors carry at least 1-2 years of experience
in similar facilities
• Special training & reorientation conducted for supervisors every 2
months & their performance evaluated accordingly.
• All Managers carry at least 7 years Managers / Sr. Management team
are put thru several customized training programs conducted by
reputed consultants.

Financial Credentials
• NTL has turnover exceeding 100 crores across it branches
• NTL is cash rich and does not depend on the clients payments for
regular operations etc.,
• NTL’s vertical growth has been a phenomenal 20% YOY for the past 10
years.
• NTL Group has had a very strong past record in Financial discipline
• Payments are made to the drivers / Vendors on the specified date
• There has been no deviations / delays in the payments to vendors for
the past 10 Year

Vehicle Compliance & condition
• We have a dedicated team of retired RTO Inspectors who conduct surprise
visits to the facility to ensure safety & compliance are met as per
government / client requirements.
• Regular compliances are monitored by a centralized team where expiry
dates for various statutory requirements like insurance pollution
certificate, Tax, Permit etc., are notified to the concerned site managers /
owners
• All cabs come equipped with safety equipments like First-aid kit, fire
extinguishers, along with regular add-ons like spare wheel, jack, umbrella,
torch etc.,
• Service / Maintenance depots in 3 areas in Chennai
• Average fleet age is less than 3 years, resulting in minimal breakdown /
service related issues.
