13. Vehicle Compliance & condition
• We have a dedicated team of retired RTO Inspectors who conduct surprise
visits to the facility to ensure safety & compliance are met as per
government / client requirements.
• Regular compliances are monitored by a centralized team where expiry
dates for various statutory requirements like insurance pollution
certificate, Tax, Permit etc., are notified to the concerned site managers /
owners
• All cabs come equipped with safety equipments like First-aid kit, fire
extinguishers, along with regular add-ons like spare wheel, jack, umbrella,
torch etc.,
• Service / Maintenance depots in 3 areas in Chennai
• Average fleet age is less than 3 years, resulting in minimal breakdown /
