Top Reasons to add coworking to your property
1. Bring suppliers & contractors closer. Proximity breeds efficiency when regular conversations
are required to progress business/projects.
2. Enhance your work environment for your own team. Coworking spaces are inherently
innovative, social, inspiring, and productive - all of which are infectious!
3. Business building culture. Your business relies on collaboration, fostering entrepreneurial
thinking internally & externally, building an impactful brand, and getting work done. So does ours. Let’s
work together.
4. Turn under utilized spaces into revenue streams. Board Room(s), Reception Areas, Work
Room(s) can earn revenue when not in use by your team. Let’s work together to create new revenue.
5. Use small business to attract big business. Compliment your offer of big ‘leasable space’ by offering
offices, desks, work passes, meeting, event and training space to Members and public.
6. Benefit from increasing square footage return-on-investment. Reap the benefit of increasing return-
on-investment on your spaces over time.
You know you
want a coworking
space onsite.
So, let’s do
business together.

Top Reasons to partner with The Network Hub
1. We operate as a business. The Network Hub opened its first location in 2006 (before coworking
was popular) so we know the business. We are a for-profit enterprise and expect the same results for
our business partners.
2. Our team is committed to building your business. Our partnership agreements are based on
a shared risk and shared revenue model, so we only invest with those partners where a win-win
potential exists.
3. We are set to scale. Our systems, our Membership network and our brand DNA have the potential
for you to open a turn-key coworking space within weeks or months.
4. Our leadership team knows the region. Our leadership team is well connected in the BC
business community in Vancouver, Whistler, New Westminster, Nanaimo, Richmond.
5. We can deliver or license our PROGRAMS. We have the license for programs that can add value to
your coworking space to service niche markets. This includes, but is not limited to: Artist-2-
Entrepreneur; Kick for StartUPs (available outside Capital region), Event Transformer. More
information is available on request.
