The Roads and Transport Authority, commonly known as RTA, is the major independent government roads &
transportation authority in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was founded in 2005 and is responsible for planning
and executing transport and traffic projects, along with legislation and strategic plans of transportation in the

Responsibilities:
• Heading the complete recruitment activities for Rail Agency which consists of 5 (five) departments which
are the CEO Office, Rail Operations, Rail Planning and Projects Development, Rail Maintenance, Rail
Right of Way.
• Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
• Assist in the development of effective recruiting strategies.
• Design and implement robust recruiting procedures that ensures consistent and productive results.

checks for the candidates, follow up for the feedback, confirmation and joining.
• Devise plans for sourcing from different channels: internal and external database search, close hiring of

and Gülermak also called Civil Works Joint Venture (CWJV)) is in charge of meeting the Dubai Metro Route
2020 Contract requirements and reaching on-time the Completion of the Works and the starting of Revenue
Service of a project including the extension of the Red Line to the EXPO 2020 as well as the enhancement of
both existing Red and Green Lines.
Responsibilities:
• Recruiting across multi disciplines (Power supply (POS), Supply Chain and Procurement, Sourcing,
Quality, Track, Planning, Legal, Finance, Document Control, Signaling, Systems Engineering, OPC
(Ordonnancement - Pilotage & Coordination).
• Provide pre-screened and qualified candidates to Hiring Manager within agreed time frames.

  • 3. • Reviewing high volume of CV’s belonging to different campaigns such as Dubai Recruitment Week, Careers UAE (UAE national career fair) and selecting those which are relevant for either registration or for a specific job. • Leverage social media to attract and engage talent and keep up to date with current sourcing best practice and innovative new techniques. • Build candidate pipelines for current & future staffing needs. • Coordinate with various department heads regarding shortlisting, interviewing and final selection of candidates up to acceptance of offer. • Recruiting positions range from Junior to Mid-Level across Dubai Metro project. • Submitting “Dubai 2020 - Mobilization Report” on weekly and monthly basis to the Talent Acquisition Manager. • Issuing Letter of Intent (LOI) to the selected candidate upon HR Manager approval. • Conducting mandatory reference check on selected candidates. • Guiding the candidates through the entire process from identification to final onboarding to the full satisfaction of the client. • Keeping track of candidates after hiring and taking feedback from candidates and Hiring Managers.
