Opportunity execution project
 Antoaneta Grigorova 
              The Marketing expert

 Marko Dupor  The IT specialist

 Stefan Rankov  The finance
                controller
 We found each other with the idea of having
one person for the three main departments of
every StartUp company in the Software sector:
 – the IT expert that will create the main vision
of the ERP
           - The finance and accounting master
that will specialize in keeping the books in
order
     - and the Marketing bachelor that will
implement Porter’s marketing strategies in the
project
 Massive Inventions ERP is a fully functional ERP
system covering all aspects of business management.
It is oriented to managers and its main task is to
promote effective management and to avoid
automating isolated operational tasks as accounting,
                        supply or HR tasks.
 Massive Inventions ERP is based on the most modern
    management and information technology experience
and know-how, taking into account the specific
requirements of small and medium business.
 Our ERP systems provide the full functionality of
high-end solutions at significantly lower cost, with
faster return and full protection of investments.
 Developed according to international standards, allowing
flexible adjustment and adaptation to the specific individual
requirements of each business, Massive Inventions ERP
allows us to achieve visible results fast and successful
    implementation in short timeframe.
 The systems are available in several configurations
depending on the price and the complexity of the software,
they are flexible and created base on projects for specific
    vertical segments, like:
        Order management
        Transport management
 Management of energy supply and public services
 Management process industries (food processing)
        Standard and custom manufacturing
        Health insurance
In this case the product is cheap but flexible and effective ERP
systems, which means that we will use low-cost zero-level
                 channels (direct-marketing channels):

 Company webpage with attractive and easy interface, option
for subscription for product upgrades, new versions, special
offers, live chat with IT consultants

 Mass mailing (distribution of limited amount of fliers for
specific companies, containing basic information of the ERP
systems, info of the person to contact and a special price
     offer)
 Phone calls and Face-to-face meetings with potential
customers where the key component is the professional look
and behavior of our salesmen, excellent knowledge of the ERP
systems and it's modules, flexibility and low cost which
makes them the perfect tool for SMEs to continue their
development in times of financial crisis

 Emailing to potential customers with offers and information
    about the product

 Company blog with description of the Massive Inventions ERP,
its functionality and features, demo videos, Q&A section and
economic analysis for the ERP market in Bulgaria
 SAP,
 Oracle,
 Microsoft,
 Local supplier of IT hardware and software
 Possibility for future outsourcing of HR/
    Marketing/ Accounting functions
 The main cost for the company will be the fixed
salaries of the IT team and the rent of the office of
the company. Initially there will be one time expenses
for the hardware and software equipment for the
    office.
 Other expenses will include: bonus-based salaries for
the sales team, costs for existing enterprise products
from big companies/partners/, if the client wants
their products implemented at their firm.
 Revenue will be based on produced software
    application or implemented existing software
application. The cost will be project based and it will
depend on development procedures, complexity and
    the competitors' prices.
 Initial capital is funded by co-founders of the
    company

 Bank loan for the StartUp business

 Future research for sponsors from the SMEs
that would like to implement their products
with ours and offer it to the market to other
    companies
 Our team has determined a target market size of 700 000
USD. We reached that number following the next few
steps. First we defined the customer profile – these are
local SMEs companies which are in production and
technical services areas. After a research we have come to
the conclusion that in the region our company is going to
operate there are about 350 companies fitting the profile.
During the survey about 35% of the companies implied
that they would consider using our services. So we
accepted that our potential customers could be about 35%
of the 350 companies. Then we chose a price in the range
between 6000-17000 USD based on the specifics of the
system that is going to be implemented and about 400-
900 USD for a monthly support.
 HIGH financial risk, but still
implementing an ERP is a long-term investment
and efficient tool to deal with the management
issues and improve the business while achieving
  high customer satisfaction
 MEDIUM technical risk as we have very
experienced and innovative IT experts and the
software is already acknowledged by companies
in all economic sector over the world
 MEDIUM market risk as this kind of business
solutions is not that expensive and there are
approximately 4-5 major competitor on the
  market offering customized ERP systems
 The most important thing is that even if we
don’t want to pursue this particular StartUp
idea any further we had FUN with this course
and we learned new business models and
strategies which will help us greatly when it
comes to really creating our own business
    from the scratch
    in the near future…
