I spoke to ph (Andrea) and she shared that Ashley was
very blunt and to the point in a helpful way. Ph has a
new pol & she's new to the co. Ashley was very
informative,and helpful. Ashley's pleasant approach made
it easy for the member to do business with us! The
member stated that the assistance she's gotten was a
sure sign that she made the right choice in coming to
