• Job Summary
The Bid & Tender Manager role is critical to the achievement of business objectives and will
directly influence the growth and reputation of the business and responsible for supporting the
development of new business opportunities through key client identification and engagement

2. Key Responsibilities
• Managing the preparation, completion and submission of bids, proposals and submissions.

• Work with the Country Manager & Africa Regioanal Manager to create & develop the
proposal strategy, type of response, scope of work and main proposal themes for each
proposal, assuring that the relevant material required for approval and review is
completed and auditable.
• Manage tender preparation and approvals in accordance with company policies and
procedures
• Support effective and compliant post-contract commercial management
• Prepare monthly or quarterly (based on requirements) activity reports. Analyze and report
regarding win/loss tenders.
• Create tender support material – generic, customer specific, application specific and
region specific.
• Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development
phase is considered and made available to all Tender team members;
• Maintain accurate records and files of all the tender data;
