What is a “bot?”
Think of a bot as your digital worker who can do many
complex but mundane tasks - verifying documents,
processing invoices, evaluating claims and processing loan
documents - and lots more. A digital worker lets you focus on
those parts of your job that require you to think, create,
discover, and innovate.

How do you teach or train a bot?
Bots learn by observing human interaction with applications
and systems to complete tasks according to rules that you
apply. Unlike a human worker, a bot can perform this work
24x7x365 with zero errors.

Is this about shifting the work we do to a more
creative, human aspect?
Yes. As an example, Accenture automated 10,000 jobs last
year but they didn't lose a single person. Instead, those
people were retrained and reskilled.

What are the required skills employees will need in a
world where their co-worker is a bot?
In short, being more human: Understanding customers and
their needs and then providing solutions that meet those
needs. Thinking outside the box to solve problems with
empathy and creativity.

How do you manage the bots?
Our Control Room is a digital workforce management
system where you can see where thousands of bots are
running, and what they are producing. Bots can be
activated at peak times and retired when the workload
returns to normal.

What type of cost savings can be achieved?
A 40 to 60 percent cost reduction is common. Our customers
typically see a total ROI in the first 3 months of deployment.

What will our workplace look like in the next 5 years
when bots are everywhere?
You won't see buildings with thousands of people day and
night doing the same work again and again. Instead you
will see smaller, more collaborative teams using more of
their human qualities. We expect society to become more
predictive and less reactive. Problems will be anticipated
and resolved before they have an impact.
