• ALL SAMPLES TO BE COSTED AS PER COSTING FORMAT (BOM) AND FILLED IN COSTING
REGISTER
• CHECK ALL THE UPDATED PRICES OF FABRIC AND TRIMS FROM SUPPLIERS BEFORE
PROCEEDING WITH COSTING.
• PRE-INCLUDE BUYING HOUSES COMMISION / DISCOUNTS (IF PROVIDE) IN COSTING.

3. PRODUCTION PLANNING & CO-ORDINATION:
• PASSON RELEVANT DETAILS FROM BUYERS MANUAL TO ALL DEPARTMENTS.
• CROSS CHECK PO SHEET WITH THE SENT OFFERSHEET FOR PRICING, SIZE, STYLES NO.,
DELEIVERY DATE AND AGREED PAYMENT TERM.
• SEND PI AS ORDER CONFIRMATION / ACCEPTANCE & BUYER’S APPROVAL AS WELL.WITHIN 48
HOURS.
• ARRANGE PP MEETING TO INFORM CRITICAL CALLOUTS.
• RETAINING EXACT COUNTERS OF ALL APPROVED SAMPLES.
• TAKE NEW JOB NO. AND PREPARE THE FABRIC / TRIMS REQUIRMENT SHEET AND FORWARD
THE SAME TO RELEVENT DEPARTMENT WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS.
• INSERT ORDER DETAIL IN SHIPMENT SCHEDULE, SO THAT EVERYONE WILL BE ON SAME
PAGE.
• CHECK AVAILIBILITY OF ALL RTC FABRIC FROM MARKET AND ENSURE THAT IT MEETS THE
BUYERS TESTING STANDARDS.
• PROVIDE APPROVED COLOUR/QUALITY STANDARDS FOR DYING AND PRINTING. SPECIFY
SPECIAL TEST REQUIREMENTS.
• FOLLOW-UP ON BULK LOTS (FABRIC AND TRIMS) AND GIVE/GET AGENCY APPROVALS
ACCORDINGLY.
• ASK ALL THE LABELING AND PACKAGING DETAILS FROM BUYER, ARRANGE ARTWORK AND
TAKE APPROVAL ON SAME.
• FORWARD THE PRODUCTION FILE WITH THE COMPLETE INFORMATION OF FABRIC, TRIMS,
LABELING / PACKAGING & TNA.
• GIVE APPRVOED SWATCHES ALONG WITH APPROVED SAMPLES FOR BULK PRODUCTION
• ASK PP AND TESTING SAMPLES FROM PRODUCTION. ARRANGE THE TESTING WITH REQUIRED
LABORATORY AS PER THE CUSTOMER’S STANDARD WELL BEFORE BULK PRODUCTION START
TO AVOID UNWANTED SITUATION ON LATER STAGES
• CHECK ALL THE PP SAMPLES WITH APPROVED INITIAL SAMPLE BEFORE SENDING TO BUYER
AND ENSURE THAT IT IS AS PER BUYERS REQUIREMENT SO THAT IT IS FIRST TIME RIGHT.
• GIVE BULK PRODUCTION GO AHEAD AFTER APPROVAL ON PP SAMPLES AND TESTING.
• A TIGHT FOLLOW-UP WITH PRODUCTION TEAM TO MAKE THE SHIPMENT READY AT TIME,

4. MAINTAINING THE PROPER COORDINATION AMONG ALL THE DEPARTMENTS.
• ARRANGE INITIAL/MID/FINAL INSPECTIONS FOR BULK QUALITY CHECKS.
• ASK PACKING LIST FROM PRODUCTION FOR ARRANGMENT OF SHIPPING DOCS.
• KEEP READY ALL THE RELEVENT DOCUMENTS FOR INSPECTION LIKE PO / PI, INVOICE
PACKING LIST, APPROVED LOTS / SAMPLES.
• TAKE BUYER’S APPROVAL FOR FINAL MOVEMENT OF SHIPMENT FROM FACTORY WHEREVER
REQUIRES.
• CO-ORDINATION OF CONTAINER PLANNING WITH PRODUCTION MANAGER AND SHIPPING
MANAGER.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
• GET THE DOCUMENTS READY BY DOCUMENTATION. PROVIDING ALL THE RALEVENT DETAILS
TO THEM LIKE PO, PRODUCTION PACKING LIST AND COMPOSITION OF PRODUCT ETC.
• FINAL CHECKING OF INVOICE & PACKING LIST AS PER PO.
• FOLLOW UP WITH AGENCIES/BUYERS FOR PAYMENT.

Diploma in Handloom & Textile Technology from IIHT Varanasi (Govt. Of India, Ministry
of Textiles) in year 2006.
