3. Features and
Purpose
Qualification or vocational qualification, higher
degree course and higher technical qualification
certificate, to which the 1st level apprenticeship
contract is preordained, it is a nationally
recognized diploma released by Regions
The traineeships for obtaining the
qualification are provided by
professional education centers
accredited by regions or secondary
high schools
The company will refer to the
existing regional rules
The Company will have to contact an
accredited center pertinent and related
with the activities and area that the
apprentice will be required to perform
Mode of
Operation
The company will sign a protocol with the accredited center where
the duties and responsibilities of the training institution and the
employer will be regulated in the implementation of the
apprenticeship contract, the duration of the training and the definition
of the PFI
