Abstract
The Government In Your Hands (GPM in Portuguese) initiative
was designed and developed by CA, based on the real
challenges reported by both citizens and governments in
Brazil. The concept is about offering a new relationship model
and a digital channel to reduce costs and improve the user
experience. GPM is not a new product, but a concept that
combines CA products and services to establish and provide a
better connection between government agencies and their
customers. The project has already been implemented at the
state level in Amazon, Bahia and Piauí in Brazil.
