Abstract
APIs are a key part of delivering digital platforms and need to be reliable and perform to
both the developer’s and consumer’s expectations. To understand API performance can
be complex and expensive, often requiring many tools across the DevOps toolchain.
The Runscope API Monitoring solution, a new service in the CA Technologies DevOps
monitoring toolchain, is a market leading, SaaS-based API monitoring capability that
easily monitors uptime, validates API responses and data, analyzes live traffic, and
performs predictive alerts to reduce application downtime. Attend this session to learn
how the Runscope API Monitoring service provides a simple UI for developers,
architects and IT operations to easily create tests used to perform data validation and
monitor the performance and availability of APIs.
