Claris Lifesciences Limited, a listed company on Bombay Stock Exchange, is a multi-business enterprise
and the Holding Company of:
1. Claris Injectables Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary dealing in Specialty Injectables business with its
market presence worldwide, manufacturing and/or marketing products across multiple delivery
systems, markets, and therapeutic segments.
2. Claris Otsuka Pvt. Ltd., a Joint Venture with Japanese Otsuka Pharmaceutical Factory, Inc. & Mitsui &
Co. Ltd. for Claris' Infusion Business in India and Emerging Markets, primarily manufacturing &
marketing products across multiple markets and therapeutic segments.
