To Whom It May Concern;
My name is Pascal Seradarian and I was the CEO of Hutchinson Industries Inc.
In 1999 we purchased Rodgard Corporation in Buffalo. We interviewed several candidates, and
we selected Cliff Post to the position of General Manager of this new division. My style of
management was to give my managers a lot of autonomy to meet our strategic goals and to
judge them on their results. We wanted them to be responsible, accountable and
entrepreneurial.
Cliff Post met and exceeded our expectations. He did an outstanding job. Sales jumped from 2
million dollars when he was hired to over 80 million dollars when he left the organization in 2010
on his accord.
He was an excellent manager with a realistic vision for his division. He managed Rodgard
competently, ethically, and with commitment and enthusiasm. He has demonstrated the ability
to work under pressure and to plan, lead his team and organize successfully tight deadlines. His
strong interpersonal and communication skills have allowed him to develop good working
relationships with his 200+ employees, his customers and our organization.
Cliff was also an excellent engineer, innovative and was awarded several patents.
During his time with Hutchinson Industries. he played an important role in following and
monitoring the production, the engineering, the quality, the sales/marketing and the accounting.
He was involved everywhere in his division, and he was responsible for the P&L of Rodgard ..
In conclusion, and based on my experience with Cliff, I would highly recommend him to any
organization that needs his skills.
