I have more than 18 years of M&A, strategy and management consulting experience with Google and KPMG in US, Canada, UK, Europe and Asia.
Conducted M&A, IPOs, fund raising, divestitures and financing transactions with acquirers/investors such as Google, American Express, Western Union, Financial Technology Ventures, CIVC, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, BNY Mellon, Credit Agricole, ING, Ford, MetLife, EBRD, as well as start-ups and private equity.
Currently am working on Internet and technology transactions for Google focusing on advertising, home automation, space and communication areas. I have extensive emerging markets experience and speak English, Russian, Romanian and basic German.
