Methodology
250+ discovery (37.7 percent), IT (24.4 percent),
in-house counsel (23.9 percent) and law firm
professionals (14 percent) participated in a Deloitte
Dbriefs webcast, “Globalizing Discovery: A Systemic
Approach,” on March 29, 2017. Poll respondents
work in industries including consumer and industrial
products (26.7 percent), financial services (21.4
percent), technology, media and telecommunication
(10.6 percent) and life sciences and healthcare (9.2
percent). Answer rates differed by question.
