Activity (1/2)
•The teachers daily fill in the attitude record
marking different aspects of the students.
•The students weekly fill in the payrolls, evaluating
themselves in the different items (self assessment).
•The teacher weekly compares the student’s self-
evaluation data (“Payroll”) with the data he/she has
collected in “Payroll record” and agree with the
student on a final evaluation.
•Teacher transfers the data to the
“Payroll_quarter” grid weekly. Each trimester the
total amount of the payroll is checked.

•In case there are significant differences he/she
holds a meeting with the student to see the
reason for the differences in the criteria
evaluation.
•Improvement strategies are agreed (teacher –
student) regarding the working attitudes and
habits, encouraging the student to increase
his/her “Payroll”.
•“Payroll_quarter” will be used in the weekly
meetings to determine the strategy to follow
with the students or the individual tutelage
work.
