FOREIGN STAFFING - JOB SEARCH SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BETWEEN FOREIGN STAFFING AND CLIENT
Foreign Staffing, Inc. is herein referred to as [“Company”]. Purchaser of service is herein referred to
as [“Client”]. The Company offices are located in Greenville, SC 29609. Telephone: 864-952-1948,
Email: staffing@foreignstaffing.com
Please read these notice, terms, and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Our Service.
In Purchasing these services, you acknowledge that you:
1. Have read these terms and conditions,
2. Understand these terms and conditions, and
3. Accept and Agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase these services from us.
As the Client, it is my understanding that this agreement is with the Company regarding services relating
to Job Search Services.
In the Services Provided Under This Agreement, the Company will:
 Act as your Personal Job Search Concierge and do all the job search work for you
 Help you find your next job - local, national or international
 Find you higher salary jobs
 Critique, re-write, and improve your resume, cover letter, and professional summary
 Completely optimize your LinkedIn profile
 Use our expert level knowledge to set up your profiles on all major job boards and databases so
that recruiters and hiring managers anywhere in the world can find you
 Provide dedicated ongoing support
 Directly contact our thousands of local, national and international Human Resources Executives
and Hiring Managers
 Research all the current job openings in your targeted area and industry as well as new openings
as they come online each day
 Locate and apply for positions that meet your requirements
 Coordinate and schedule all your interviews
 Provide all company research and coaching so you are prepared for your interviews
 Assist you with employment contract negotiations
 Assist you with Visa and immigration applications – Additional fees will apply
 Assist you with relocation – Additional fees will apply
 Provide weekly reports on all your ongoing opportunities
 As a provider of Job Search Services, the Company makes no guarantee of Client finding or securing
employment.

Fees and Payment Terms
1. Phase 1 - Deposit of $1,495 to get started on your job search
2. Phase 2 – Final $1,495 payable only when a job offer is presented and accepted by you
a. If no job offers are presented and accepted by you, then final payment is not required
b. Final payment will be charged to the credit card on file or a new credit card or PayPal
3. Fees payable by credit card or PayPal. Payment can be made here -

No Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing with respect to particular Services offered for sale via this Website, Foreign
Staffing, Inc. abides by a strict, no refund policy. By accepting these terms, you the Client agree and
understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the Services
offered via this Website.
No Warranties
By accepting these terms, you agree and understand that the Company provides job search services and does
not guarantee specific results. You acknowledge that the Company makes no promise or representation that
you will find a job as a result of using these Services.
In no event will the Company be liable to you or any party related to you for any damage, including damages
for loss of profits or other loss. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT
YOUR OWN RISK.
 Privacy – Confidentiality
 In the course of my relationship by Foreign Staffing, Inc., I may have access to, be trusted or
become acquainted with, and/or may acquire knowledge of various confidential, trade secret
and/or proprietary information of Foreign Staffing and/or its clients and customers, which is not
known to Foreign Staffing competitors or within the recruiting industry generally, which was
developed by Foreign Staffing over a long period of time and at substantial expense which I
understand Foreign Staffing undertakes reasonable efforts to protect and which is of real
competitive value to Foreign Staffing including, without limitation, Technical Information and
Business Information (collectively, "Confidential Information"):
 I understand that any Confidential Information may not be labeled confidential. Therefore, I will
use common sense and good judgment when determining whether unlabeled information is
confidential and ask for assistance if uncertain about the confidential nature of information.
 I will not use or disclose any of the Confidential Information other than as necessary within the
scope of my relationship as Client of Foreign Staffing. Subject to the foregoing, I shall never at
any time, either during my client relationship with Foreign Staffing or at any time thereafter,
directly or indirectly, use, publish, disseminate, distribute, or otherwise disclose any of the
Confidential Information systems or processes to any third party.

Miscellaneous
Foreign Staffing reserves the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend Services available via this
Website and related Social Media accounts. We may, in the future, offer new and/or different services and/or
features through its Website and associated Social Media accounts. Such new features and/or services shall
be subject to these Terms.
These Terms in all respects shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of South
Carolina. The venue for any dispute shall be in the County of Greenville.
This Agreement is entered into in Greenville County, South Carolina. You agree and consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction and venue of the state of South Carolina and county of Greenville for any dispute arising from
or related to this Agreement.
