DAIQUIRI (pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml White Rum
 15 ml Lemon or lime juice
 15 ml Simple syrup
 Pour all ingredients into shaker
 with ice cubes. Shake well. strain in chilled
cocktail glass.
Americano (pre-dinner drink)
 30 ml Campari Bitter
 30 ml ( Sweet Vermouth
 Soda Water
 Mix the ingredients directly in old fashioned
glass filled with ice cubes. Add soda water.
Garnish with half orange slice and lemon
peel.
Bronx (pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml Gin
 15 ml Sweet Vermouth
 15 ml Dry vermouth
 15 ml Orange juice
 Pour into shaker all ingredients with ice
cubes, shake well. Strain in chilled cocktail
glass or martini glass.
Dry Manhattan (pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml Rye or Canadian whisky
 15 Dry Vermouth
 Dash Angostura bitters
 Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with
ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled martini
or cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon slice.
Margarita (pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml Tequila
 15 ml Triple Sec / Cointreau
 15 ml Lemon or lime juice
 Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well. Strain into margarita glass rimmed
with crusted salt. garnish with slice lime.
 (Fruit Margarita – blend selected fruit with the
above recipe)
 For Blue Margarita just add blue curacao.
Dry Martini (pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml Gin
 15 ml Dry Vermouth
 Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with
ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled
martini/cocktail glass. squeeze oil from
lemon peel onto the drink and garnish with
green olives.
 Note: Vodka Martini – replace gin with
vodka.
Gibson (pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml Gin
 15 ml Dry Vermouth
 Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with
ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled
martini/cocktail glass. squeeze oil from
lemon peel onto the drink and garnish with
cocktail/pearl onion.
Negroni (pre-diner drink)
 30 ml (1 jig) Gin
 30 ml (1 jig) Campari
 30 ml (1 jig) Sweet Red Vermouth
 Pour all ingredients into old fashioned glass
filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with half
orange slice and stirrer.
 Optional: Splash of soda water.
Old Fashioned (pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml Scotch or Bourbon Whiskey
 1 Sugar cube
 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
 1 splash Soda Water
 Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and
saturate with bitter, as a dash of soda water.
Muddle until dissolve. Fill the glass with ice cubes
and add whiskey. Garnish with orange slice, lemon
twist and two maraschino cherries.
Gimlet (pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml Gin
 15 ml Lime juice
 Pour all ingredients into ingredients into old
fashioned glass with ice and stir.
 Garnish with slice lime in the drink.
 Note: When ordered straight-up, stir and strain
into cocktail glass, no ice. If Vodka Gimlet, use
vodka instead of Gin, same procedure.
Paradise (pre-dinner drink)
45 ml Gin
15 ml Apricot brandy
30 ml Orange juice
Pour all ingredients into cocktail
shaker filled with ice. Shake briskly for
few seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail
glass.
Rob Roy (pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml Scotch whiskey
 15 ml Sweet Vermouth
 1 dash Angostura Bitter
 Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with
ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into chilled
cocktail glass. Garnish with maraschino
cherry.
Side Car (pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml Brandy
15 ml Triple sec
15 ml lemon juice
Pour all ingredients into shaker with
ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into
martini/cocktail glass. Garnish with
slice lime.
Kamikaze (pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml Vodka
 15 ml Triple Sec / Cointreau
 15 ml Lemon or lime juice
 Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well. Strain into martini/cocktail glass.
Garnish with slice lime.
 Note: Frozen Kamikaze, blend all ingredients with
crushed ice. Blend until slushy and smooth and
pour into margarita glass.
Banana Frozen Daiquiri
(pre-dinner drink)
 45 ml White Rum
 15 ml Lemon or lime juice
 15 ml Simple syrup
 Pour all ingredients into blender with
crushed ice. blend until slushy and smooth
and pour into chilled margarita glass.
Bacardi Cocktail (pre-dinner drink)
45 ml Bacardi rum
15 ml Lemon or Lime juice
 Drops of Grenadine Syrup
Pour all ingredients into shaker with
ice cubes, shake well, strain into chilled
cocktail glass.
Brandy Alexander (after dinner)
45 ml Brandy/Cognac
15 ml Crème de Cacao (Dark)
30 ml Cream / Fresh Milk
Pour all ingredients into shaker with
ice cubes, shake well, strain into chilled
cocktail glass. Sprinkle with fresh
ground nutmeg.
Black Russian (after dinner)
45 ml Vodka
15 ml Kahlua
Pour the ingredients into the old
fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
Stir gently.

Grasshopper (after dinner)
30 ml Crème de Menthe green
30 ml Crème de cacao white
30 ml Full cream milk
Pour all ingredients into shaker filled
with ice. Shake briskly for few seconds.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Rusty Nail (after dinner)
45 ml Scotch whiskey
15 ml Drambuie
Pour all ingredients directly into
old fashioned glass filled with ice.
Stir gently. Garnish with lemon
twist.
Cosmopolitan (after dinner)
 45 ml Vodka
 15 ml Cointreau
 15 ml Cranberry juice
 Drops Lime juice
 SHAKE all ingredients and strain into
chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of
orange peel.
Stinger (after dinner)
o45 ml Brandy
15 ml Crème de Menthe white
SHAKE and strain into chilled cocktail
glass or into an ice filled Old fashioned.
White Lady (after dinner)
 45 ml Gin
 15 ml Lemon Juice
 Dash of Simple syrup
 Egg white
 Shake all ingredients and strain into chilled cocktail
glass.
 Garnish with slice of lemon on the rim.
 Note: for Pink Lady just add grenadine syrup
Whiskey Sour (after dinner)
 45 ml Bouron whiskey
 15 ml Lemon juice
 15 ml Gomme Syrup
 SHAKE and strain into sour glass.
 NOTE: other whiskies, spirits, and liqueur may be
used as abase for sours. If liqueur is SHAKE and strain
into cocktail glass. Used the gomme syrup content is
reduced.
 Garnish with slice lemon in the drink.
Orgasm (after dinner)
 30 ml Cointreau
 30 ml Bailey’s
 15 ml Grand Marnier
 Build all ingredients over ice in a old
fashioned glass or shot glass. Garnish with
cherry.
Caipirinha (after dinner)
45 ml Cachaca / White Rum
3 pcs. Lime wedge
2 teaspoon Brown Sugar
Place lime and sugar into old fashioned
glass and muddle. Filled glass with ice
and add Cachaca / White Rum
Note: Caipiroska – use Vodka)

15 ml Brandy
15 ml Crème de Cacao white
15 ml Crème de Menthe green
15 ml Fresh Milk
Shake and strain

 Salt and pepper to taste
 BUILD or STIR into highball glass.
 Garnish with slice of lemon and celery stalk in the
drink.
Salty Dog (long drink)
45 ml Vodka
120 ml Grapefruit
BUILD all ingredients into salt frosted
rim highball glass.
Garnish with slice lemon in the drink.
Bull Dog/Greyhound (long drink)
45 ml Vodka
120 ml Grapefruit
BUILD all ingredients into highball
glass.
Garnish with slice lemon in the drink.
Chi-chi (long drink)
 45 ml Vodka
 30 ml Coconut cream / malibu rum
 60 ml Pineapple juice
 3 bar spoon Crushed pineapple (optional)
 Simple syrup
 Pour all ingredients into blender with crushed ice.
Blend until smooth. Pour into poco grande with soda
water. Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino
cherry and straw.
Pinacolada(long drink)
 45 ml Rum
 30 ml Coconut cream / malibu rum
 60 ml Pineapple juice
 3 bar spoon Crushed pineapple (optional)
 Simple syrup
 Pour all ingredients into blender with crushed ice.
Blend until smooth. Pour into poco grande with soda
water. Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino
cherry and straw.
BBC Banana Baileys Colada
 45 ml Baileys
 15 ml Banana liqueur
 15 ml Coconut Cream / malibu rum
 1 pc Banana
 1 slice Fresh Pineapple
 30 ml Simple syrup
 Pour all ingredients into blender with crushed ice.
Blend until smooth. Pour into poco grande. Garnish
with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry and
straw.
Mojito (long drink)
 45 ml Rum
 15 ml Lime juice from fresh lime
 15 ml Sugar syrup
 Mint leaves
 Soda water
 Muddle mint sprigs with sugar and fresh lime
wedge. Add rum and top with soda water.
Garnish with sprig mint leaves and lime wedge.
Serve with straw.
Screwdriver (long drink)
45 ml Vodka
120 ml Orange juice
Pour all ingredients directly into
highball glass filled with ice. Stir
gently. Garnish with orange slice.
Harvey Wallbanger (long drink)

soda water. Pour into highball glass. Top
with soda water.

 Pour all ingredients directly into highball
filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with
lemon slice. Add dash of Angostura bitter.

 45ml Tequila
 120 ml Orange juice
 5 ml ( Grenadine
 BUILD the Tequila and orange juice into an
ice filled Highball glass, stir, add the
Grenadine, do not stir.
 Garnish with slice of orange and cherry on
the rim.

 45ml Tequila
 120 ml Pineapple juice
 5 ml ( Grenadine
 BUILD the Tequila and orange juice into an
ice filled Highball glass, stir, add the
Grenadine, do not stir.

Planters Punch (long drink)
 45 ml Dark (or mixed rum)
 15 ml Lemon / lime juice

Long Island Tea (long drink)
 15 ml Vodka

 15 ml Triple Sec / Cointreau
 15 ml Lime / lemon Juice
 15 ml Simple syrup (optional)

 Add all ingredients into high ball glass filled with ice.
Stir gently. Garnish with lime / lemon and cherry.
Mai tai (long drink)
 30 ml White Rum

 15 ml Orange curacao
 15 ml Orgeat syrup (almond)

 Ad all ingredients except dark rum into cocktail shaker
filled with ice. Shake well and strain into highball
glass. Float dark rum. Garnish with pineapple spear,
mint leaves and lime peel. Serve with straw.

 60 ml Orange juice

 Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled
with ice. Garnish with orange slice.
Cuba Libre (long drink)
45 ml Rum

Build all ingredients in a highball glass
filled with ice. Garnish with lime
wedge.
Weng-weng (long drink)
 15 ml Bourbon Whisky

 BUILD ingredients in to Zombie glass except 151 proof
rum and stir. Then, top the 151 proof rum.
 Garnish with pineapple spear on the rim.

International cocktail recipes

  • 2. DAIQUIRI (pre-dinner drink)  45 ml White Rum  15 ml Lemon or lime juice  15 ml Simple syrup  Pour all ingredients into shaker  with ice cubes. Shake well. strain in chilled cocktail glass.
  • 3. Americano (pre-dinner drink)  30 ml Campari Bitter  30 ml ( Sweet Vermouth  Soda Water  Mix the ingredients directly in old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Add soda water. Garnish with half orange slice and lemon peel.
  • 4. Bronx (pre-dinner drink)  45 ml Gin  15 ml Sweet Vermouth  15 ml Dry vermouth  15 ml Orange juice  Pour into shaker all ingredients with ice cubes, shake well. Strain in chilled cocktail glass or martini glass.
  • 5. Dry Manhattan (pre-dinner drink)  45 ml Rye or Canadian whisky  15 Dry Vermouth  Dash Angostura bitters  Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled martini or cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon slice.
  • 6. Margarita (pre-dinner drink)  45 ml Tequila  15 ml Triple Sec / Cointreau  15 ml Lemon or lime juice  Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into margarita glass rimmed with crusted salt. garnish with slice lime.  (Fruit Margarita – blend selected fruit with the above recipe)  For Blue Margarita just add blue curacao.
  • 7. Dry Martini (pre-dinner drink)  45 ml Gin  15 ml Dry Vermouth  Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled martini/cocktail glass. squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink and garnish with green olives.  Note: Vodka Martini – replace gin with vodka.
  • 8. Gibson (pre-dinner drink)  45 ml Gin  15 ml Dry Vermouth  Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled martini/cocktail glass. squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink and garnish with cocktail/pearl onion.
  • 9. Negroni (pre-diner drink)  30 ml (1 jig) Gin  30 ml (1 jig) Campari  30 ml (1 jig) Sweet Red Vermouth  Pour all ingredients into old fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with half orange slice and stirrer.  Optional: Splash of soda water.

Old Fashioned (pre-dinner drink)  45 ml Scotch or Bourbon Whiskey  1 Sugar cube  2 dashes of Angostura Bitters  1 splash Soda Water  Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitter, as a dash of soda water. Muddle until dissolve. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange slice, lemon twist and two maraschino cherries.

Gimlet (pre-dinner drink)  45 ml Gin  15 ml Lime juice  Pour all ingredients into ingredients into old fashioned glass with ice and stir.  Garnish with slice lime in the drink.  Note: When ordered straight-up, stir and strain into cocktail glass, no ice. If Vodka Gimlet, use vodka instead of Gin, same procedure.

Strain into martini/cocktail glass. Garnish with slice lime.  Note: Frozen Kamikaze, blend all ingredients with crushed ice. Blend until slushy and smooth and pour into margarita glass.
  • 16. Banana Frozen Daiquiri (pre-dinner drink)  45 ml White Rum  15 ml Lemon or lime juice  15 ml Simple syrup  Pour all ingredients into blender with crushed ice. blend until slushy and smooth and pour into chilled margarita glass.

  • 31. Stinger (after dinner) o45 ml Brandy 15 ml Crème de Menthe white SHAKE and strain into chilled cocktail glass or into an ice filled Old fashioned.
  • 32. White Lady (after dinner)  45 ml Gin  15 ml Lemon Juice  Dash of Simple syrup  Egg white  Shake all ingredients and strain into chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with slice of lemon on the rim.  Note: for Pink Lady just add grenadine syrup

Whiskey Sour (after dinner)  45 ml Bouron whiskey  15 ml Lemon juice  15 ml Gomme Syrup  SHAKE and strain into sour glass.  NOTE: other whiskies, spirits, and liqueur may be used as abase for sours. If liqueur is SHAKE and strain into cocktail glass. Used the gomme syrup content is reduced.  Garnish with slice lemon in the drink.
  • 34. Orgasm (after dinner)  30 ml Cointreau  30 ml Bailey’s  15 ml Grand Marnier  Build all ingredients over ice in a old fashioned glass or shot glass. Garnish with cherry.
  • 35. Caipirinha (after dinner) 45 ml Cachaca / White Rum 3 pcs. Lime wedge 2 teaspoon Brown Sugar Place lime and sugar into old fashioned glass and muddle. Filled glass with ice and add Cachaca / White Rum Note: Caipiroska – use Vodka)
