2. T1 - another point is not only using a new swab
with each access, need to scrub the area well too

I think many nurses are forgetting to wipe the cap
or injection ports b4 access - so it is a entry for

I hope our nursing students are lurking..but IMO,
it d be included in nursing curriculum so when
