Reframing the Problem-solving Paradigm of Organizational Leadership.
The foundations of Social Math® emerge from decision making in human operations. This research lays the ground work for an analytical framework that can be used to clarify fundamental relationships and empirical components of the complex systems in which choice behavior emerges. Citing mismatch between the non-linear problems of leadership and the linear frameworks used to solve them, the author emphasizes the need to incorporate mathematical rigor into our frame of analysis. Better linguistic tools are needed at the fundamental level of math in order to establish a new problem-solving paradigm that can foster innovation in organizational leadership.
