technological trends. These areas can help deepen our understanding of the opportunities and
challenges presented by digital transformation in social welfare and develop evidence-based
strategies and policies for its effective implementation. By examining factors such as user
adoption, engagement, trust, privacy, data protection, algorithmic bias, and fairness in decision-
making processes, we can develop effective strategies and policies for promoting digital
transformation in social welfare. By incorporating stakeholder perspectives and engagement, we
can develop evidence-based strategies and policies for the successful implementation of digital
transformation in social welfare.

University, Dehradun India. Ms. Shivani Rai recognized the profound impact that

ability of this field to drive technological advancements and improve various sectors.
From healthcare to transportation and renewable energy, she has witnessed first-hand the
transformative power of applying engineering principles to address real-world
challenges.
Ms. Shivani Rai further pursued her passion for innovation and implementation by earning a Master's
degree in Public Administration, from IGNOU New Delhi, where, she gained comprehensive knowledge
