We will introduce you to the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator (MBTI) which will help you and your team
to:
• Appreciate and understand why they and others
respond differently to different situations
• Learn about personality differences and
preferences in positive and constructive ways
• Understand how those differences in a team can
be used positively so that people work together in
a complementary way

The MBTI looks are your preferences for:
• How you direct and receive energy
• How you take in information
• How you decide and come to conclusions
• How you approach the outside world

MBTI
• The Indicator is based on the personality theories
of the eminent Swiss psychologist Carl Jung and
was developed by Katherine Myers and Isabel
Briggs.
• It is one of the few models of personality that
describes differences positively.
• Over 20 years of research went into the MBTI
questionnaire and its used internationally by for
instance the NHS, the RAF, John Lewis, Macmillan
Cancer Support.

MBTI virtual training session
• We can provide a virtual training session for your
team delivered by one of our MBTI trained
practitioners using MS Teams for up to twelve
people and would last 90 minutes.
• After completing the MBTI questionnaire, the
individual reports will be emailed to everyone and
then explained during the session .
• After the session we will provide you with top tips
from The Myers-Briggs Company about living and
working in Corona times.
