 Verify submission of 80 driver's daily reports.
 Verify and confirm driver's manifest and documentation.
 Provide drivers with written notification when necessary to ensure

 Submit settlement to corporate settlement department timely and
error free.
 Support safety requirements and provide document verification
based on driver’s submission of required paperwork/documents.
 Provide administrative support to Service Center Operations.
 Perform clerical functions including answering phones, making

 Ensure BOL's and POD's are generated and entered in
accordance with company and industry standards.

 Interface with customers via telephone, e-mail and in person.
 Interface with customers regarding routes, deliveries and pick-ups.
 May schedule driver appointments and assist in driver route
assignments.
 Dispatch drivers.
 Assist will-call customers in picking up freight.
 Assist in ensuring compliance with OSHA, Department of
Transportation and Federal and State regulations.
 Assist in loading or unloading freight.
