• 11-week Body Transformation Challenge.
Saturday, October 18th
- Friday, December 31st
, 2021
• Must submit a minimum of 2 before photos and 2 upon completion which must include at least
one front and one side photo.
• Must purchase a minimum of three (3) Convenience Packs (30, 2-Count Sample Packets) of
SHAPEN
BURN PLUS™ product for a minimum of 300 PSV* during their 11-week Challenge
period.
• CTFO associates and customers have the chance to win their share of up to $10,000 in money
and prizes. Contestants who complete the Body Transformation Challenge by sending in a
minimum of 2 before and 2 after photos, which include at least one side and one front photo
and a completed page 4 (“What are you most proud of?”) from the SHAPEN
BURN PLUS™ Body
Challege brochure will be rewarded with a $100 product coupon and a Body Challenge T-shirt.
