1. SAP Payroll Configuration Analyst

Responsibilities:
Ensure configuration for SAP payroll at the best cost and according to ADP methodology. Ensure definition of functional needs in order to
configure ERP solution.
Conduct the workshop for gathering requirements. Write the blueprints in order to gather client business requirements. Deliver proposals on
client procedures in order to optimize proposed solution. Ensure the customizing of SAP PY on main components of payroll according to ADP
methodology.
Responsible for all documentation. Identify required data for conversion. Correct customization if discrepancy. Amend customization when legal
changes occur. Enlarge scope to meet evolutions of client business requirements. Participate in the evolution and optimization of the model and
template.
Ensure that customer needs are communicated to Product Manager. Responsible for creation of end user payroll manual.
Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills, ability to work across various projects. Work collaboratively with others to achieve group
goals, working together to accomplish business results.
Consulting skills: understand business requirements and mapping to ensure consistency to ADP template, while minimizing risk to both client
and ADP.
Client focused: demonstrate concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of clients.
Analytical thinking/problem solving skills: work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation
at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications. Ability to professionally set, manage and satisfy customer expectations through

Methodologies: demonstrate knowledge and application of key methodologies employed by Delivery teams and Project implementation
methodology. Awareness and commitment to client service. Ability to deliver classroom training.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a consultant on SAP HR payroll. Good understanding of Country, State and Enterprise legislation as it relates to the
design and configuration of payroll. Ability to configure the entire SAP Payroll for one country including the following: Writing of Schemas and
Cycles (understanding of splits and factoring, country-specific SAP functionality), GL Interface configuration, Payslip and Time Statement
configuration, Data uploads, Unit testing, User acceptance testing and Parallel. Fluency in English (oral and written).
