2. Launching a startup requires planning. There
is a process that most people use. Here it is!

3. First: Betalist
Submit your site to Betalist to
get early sign-ups.
Make sure you're submitting a
"landing page" - NOT a fully
finished product.
Expect to get at least 400 sign
ups.
When: Submit 1-2 months
before your product has been
completed.

4. Second:
Startuplister
Startuplister submits your site to 40
startup directories.
It costs a small fee, but it's well
worth it. You can also do it manually.
Helps you to get more exposure,
sign ups, reviews etc.
Tip: A lot of these sites review your
startup. You don't want the first
review to be bad... Hint...

5. Third:
Product Hunt
Product Hunt features the best
new products everyday.
Expect a big traffic boost once
you are featured.
The goal: Make it to the top of
the list.
Tip: Spend one week planning
for Product Hunt. Use product
hunt & join their Slack group.

6. A Recap
To get featured on Product Hunt / tech news sites can be
hard if no one knows who you are. That's why it's important
to get the word out early. Here it is, one more time!!!
