  4. En toen kwam de eerste klant: fietsen warden nog met de hand rondgebracht. Binnen een week waren de 40 abonnementen vergeven Hier kwam de blauwe band al in het zicht: de fietsen van marktplaats moisten wel zichtbaar allemaal swapfiets worden: Delfts blauwe band
  5. Bij 150 klanten konden er niet meer klanten bij, de wachtrij stond wel open en het concept was gavalideerd. Om echt success te worden moest het 1 type fiets worden ontwikkeld, zodat we efficient kunnen werken.

  9. Maar ook intern maken we slimme keuzes door groots te denken.x Voor normale mensen is het iets waar je je fiets stalt Bij swapfiets is een het plek waar elke dag de developers inzitten. Eigen IT systeem waar alle gegevens over onze gebruikers instaan. Wij zijn de enige fietsenmerk met kennis over de eindgebruiker. We weten wie er op fiets, waar, wat er kapot gaat en wanneer. Hierdoor kunnen we onze fietsen weer verbetereren.
  10. Wij zijn uiteraard een online merk, maar we zien dat de offline behoefte er ook steeds meer is. Zeker in het buitenland. Het gaat bij Swapfiets niet om de fiets. Het gaat om de beleving we onze klanten meegeven, wij willen ze volledig ontzorgen
  11. Maar het belangrijkste: Het gaat nooit om de fiets maar om de te gekke service die we bieden.
  12. Want waar je ook je fiets koopt, of dat nou bij de junk op de hoek is of bij de allerduurste speciaalzaak. Zodra de je de aankoop hebt gedaan is de fiets jouw probleem. Bij Swapfiets is de fiets nooit jouw probleem SWAPFIETS IS DE ENIGE FIETS WAAR JE ALTIJD OP KUNT REKENEN. De gebruiker hoeft zich in ieder geval geen zorgen meer te maken over zijn fiets en kan zo de dingen doen die hij wilt om vooruit te gaan.
