À propos
Growing up, I practised my version of leadership bossing my siblings around. While this didn't make them happy...most of the time, my family knew early enough who they could trust to lead the pack. While I got better with age, experience made me realise I am at my best when I work directly with people or indirectly on activities that helped them become better version of themselves.
While I studied Computer Engineering from the University of Lagos, joining AIESEC in this period gave me a start on Talent Management - investing in people for greater results. My experience so far has given a lot of explanation to why I felt the need to "lead my pack" while I was younger.
