In January 2014 Mushin joined the top-team of Aytopia Holdings in charge of the development and architecture of "Living Books", a participatory platform for readers and writers; a potentially disruptive SaaS in the publishing industry leveling the playing field for all stakeholders in the production and enjoyment of the multimedially enhanced written word. Mushin co-founded Integral Collaboration Service in April 2013 Berlin, Germany to further develop and market a range of services geared to enable, enhance and speed up Generative Organisational Development and Transformation, incl. generative whole systems design, implementation and performance optimisation.
