woman experienced this for several months on her right eye, but the tests of her eyes came with normal results. The 40 year old woman went
blind in one of her eye after waking up which lasts 15 for about minutes. The fact is that the eye, which was not staring at the phone got

Smartphones are made brighter for better visibility. But this bright screen is more helpful in daytime. While at night, in the dark environment, it
is not recommended to use your phone. According to the doctor one of their eyes which was not staring at phone got adapted to dark while the
other one with light. And adapting their eye with the change in light (too much change in light) is the major cause of such destruction in your

I will suggest you watch your phone using both of your eyes while watching your phone. This is one of the easiest and working solution for
such kind of problem against blindness. And never use your phone so frequent that it gets hard for you to look around while keeping your
phone down. If you use it less frequent,? to keep a balance of light in your vision.
Using your phone on nightmode may also help you.

4. Finally get a fact that this is not the only cause of using smartphones, but there are many which are affecting your health(and wealth too) day
