• Enterprise Singapore – Capability Development Grant (CDG)
• This grant aims to support SMEs to scale up business capabilities and
ensure business sustainability
• Category - Enhancing business processes for productivity.
• Adopt and implement solutions to automate existing operations and
streamline internal processes.
• Support up to 50% of total project cost
Capability Development Grant (CDG)- Eligibility
• Register and operate in Singapore
• At least 30% local shareholding
• Group annual sales turnover less than S$100m or
• Group employment of less than 200 employees
• Pre-application: Seek advice at SME centre or make appointment with
our SME advisor
• Application: Log in to Business Grants Portal with your CorpPass
WorkPro Grant
• National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation
(SNEF) are the official Programme Partners appointed to market and administer WorkPro.
• NTUC Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) – WorkPro
• WorkPro encourages employers to implement progressive employment practices to benefit
Singaporeans through job redesign, age management practices and flexible work
arrangements.
• Job Redesign Grant up to 80% of project costs capped at S$300,000 per company or per
worker basis, whichever lower
• 50 years old and above S$10,000
• 60 years old and above S$20,000
WorkPro Grant – Eligibility
• Register and operate in Singapore
• Senior Citizen or Singapore PR above 50 years old
• Employer supports job redesign
• Provide companies funding support to create physically easier, safer and smarter job for
older workers
WorkPro Job Redesign (Rider)
• Employers may apply for WorkPro Job Redesign (Rider) upon the completion of the CDG
projects
• WorkPro Job Redesign (Rider) can top-up grants of up to 80% of the qualifying project cost
(nett of existing CDG obtained), or up to $20,000 per older worker who has benefited,
whichever is lower

is $55,000*20% = $11,000
• WorkPro will grant the lower quantum of $10,000.
*Final supported grant amount would be subject to Enterprise Singapore and NTUC e2i approval

• WorkPro Job Redesign grant eligible for claim is $100,000 + S$200,000 = S$300,000 (which is greater than
project cost)
• If WorkPro eligible grant amount is greater than project cost, the WorkPro will fund the lower grant
quantum that is calculated based on percentage of qualifying project cost (nett of CDG grant)

• Employer would need to provide a technology adoption incentive to their senior
citizen employee who involve in the digital transformation project which require them
to learn the new skill to perform digital work task as per below :
