Groups will be created in a hierarchy in order to maintain user reporting

Create users & assign groups to them
As soon user is created they will be eligible for group permission automatically.
Any user who has multiple group permission it can be also managed by updating permission rights
only for them (without impacting group permission)
Enhanced security system to prevent your users access via Network IP or System IP , By default
all user access will be Non-IP Based & it can set for all or any specific user anytime
By default user can view details of own group users & their subordinates, however if required
they can be provided access to view other all users as well.

Authorized users can add company contact details
Multiple contacts can be added by different users.
Superadmin have right to allocate a company contact to any particular group/user.

Create & manage jobs
Jobs can be posted/added by only authorized users i.e. Recruitment Head
As soon job is added it can be allotted to a respective user
Total no of submittal on each job & no of Pipelined jobs can be find in Job list
By clicking no of job submittal , complete details of candidate submitted for this job can be find.
Option to pipeline shortlisted candidate
Pipelined candidates can be scheduled for interview
once Interview is qualified an offer can made to them.
All interview scheduled on current date will be there in notification list.
Status of Job can be changed in hierarchal order only i.e. till the time candidate Interview is not
qualified he can not be offered for a job

Refine & Unrefined search is available with various filter criteria.
All matched profile will be enlisted based on search criteria
Option to refine search on search result page itself without going back to search form.
In search result multiple candidates can be selected to add in ‘Email Cart’ to send bulk email.
Subject of email & signature can be modified before sending email to candidates
Till the time you are in Search Module, your Cart will be active, as soon you close or come over to
search, Email Cart will be empty automatically.
In a day email will be sent to a candidate only one time, system will prevent user automatically
for sending multiple emails to same candidate.
