37. ESTRATEGIA DE OFERTA: ELEMENTOS IMPORTANTES
Incompatibilidades entre lotes (un proveedor que gana un lote no puede
ganar otro –p.e. si gana un lote de Serivce Desk o de Calidad del sw)
• Peligro de garantizar la independencia
• No se debe olvidar la gestión (o gobierno) del proveedor.
• Tener acceso a la herramienta de ticketing (para el caso del sevice desk), y a la CMDB.
• Tener definidos los procesos.
• Permitir auditorías
• Poner indicadores comunes a todos los proveedores (exige un alto nivel de madurez).
• Para el caso de calidad del sw es bueno que lo haga el cliente.
Tiempo de que disponen los proveedores para responder a la RFP
• Entre 3 semanas (ofertas muy estándares) y 6 semanas es adecuado.

Mecanismo para que los proveedores resuelvan sus dudas
• Reunión con todos los proveedores: los proveedores suelen hacer pocas
preguntas para evitar dar pistas a sus competidores
• Recopilar las preguntas en un formato definido y comunicar las
respuestas de forma anónima a todos. Sin ocultar información.
Defensa de oferta por parte de los proveedores
• Con la defensa en base a una presentación de cada proveedor se
obtiene mucha información "no verbal/escrita" que es útil para generar
o no confianza.
