 Conducting Safety compliance assessment pertaining to legal and statutory requirements for the site
including CAPA (Corrective and preventive actions).

 Conducting Risk Assessment of various operations at site basis – (Safety Gap Analysis).
 As part of the project team, liable for formulating and developing safety systems for new / existing projects
and interacting with contractors and site construction team.
 Formulating and implementing safety inspection checklists & conducting physical safety inspection
(General Safety inspection, inspection Scaffolding structures , Moving Machinery inspection, PPE
Compliance, Housekeeping, illumination etc.) and develop measures for reducing risks.
 Conduct training sessions regarding the concepts of OH&S to employees and associates working on contract
and perform review of contractor’s method for a Safe working environment.
 Ensure that appropriate corrective actions are taken in a timely and appropriate manner, including
employee discipline for safety rule violations.
