When a regional casual dining chain wanted to raise their
profile, ZstudioZ developed a multimedia/social campaign
that kicked off at the PGA golf tournament in Silverado,
Napa/California.
Using the top social media channels and web to first
promote the launch, our team covered the event live on-
site through photography, interviews with customers, and
live video feeds on social media. ZstudioZ tied it together
with promotional postcards handed out at the tournament
— including information about the company, the products,
locations; and free coupons.
It was an all-out, in-person, and online push to raise
the profile of the chain, inrease sales, and promote their
product. This brought new awareness to an 85-year-old
Bay Area institution.

The engineering staff at 123 Mission has been very stable, including a chief engineer with
tenure of 20 years. In 2007, the building was Energy Star certified – a testament to the
diligent operation of the building systems. The top-floor tenant, Environment

enjoy the city skyline. On the east, look down the Mission corridor to the water, with
