Executive Summary
Welcome to the third salary guideline. Feedback from many
organizations throughout the two years is a very good. This is benefi-
cial to our clients, candidates and others for use in strategic workforce
management as well.
ManpowerGroup Thailand will still focus to be “Business Partner”
with other organizations and will develop tools in order to make
organization success. We are very delight to be part of a labor supply
and supporting in salary guideline 2016. This will help organization be
able to plan on manpower, process, tools and efficiency budget
allocation. This survey has been made by an example group, which is
our customers and applicants. This can reflect the average salary in
the market.
We recommend you to use our salary guideline and consideration with
both internal and external company environment such as economic
factor (which is minimum wage and cost of living), business operation
factor (which is profit and loss and wage incremental in the same
industry) and labor factor (which is performance, turnover ratio and
difficulty in recruiting staff).
