many things and took many ways but not able to

your time and resources productively, and
increase your chances of achieving what you will

In this article we are going to find out what are
the factors that will help you the most in planning
your SMART plans for a great victory.

1.SMART-PLANS Meaning.
If you want to define SMART plans it can be done
as mentioned below.
SMART plans, people or things are pleasantly neat
and clean in appearance. You can describe
someone as SMART if he is cleaver and does his
work faster than anyone else.
By above definition we are getting to know the
meaning of SMART. So to build smart plans your
plan should have the property as mentioned
below.
1.Plan must be clean and clear.
2.Your plan must sound best.
3.Your plan should be unique.
2.What does SMART stands for.
If you want to master the trial and path of smart
plans or the way of constructing the smart plans.
You should know the full forms and be clear with
every single word of SMART.
To make sure your goals re SMARTER and will
sound the best to your competitor.
They must be as follow.
#1. Specific – Goals should be specific and clear.
#2. Measurable – Goals should be measurable, so
that you can measure your progress.
#3. Achievable – Goals need to be realistic and
that can be achieve and attainable.
#4. Relevant – Goals should be important or
significant to you.
#5. Time-bound – Goals needs to be completed
any how before the specified deadline or within a
specific period of time.
3.Qualities to build or set your plans smarter.
As defined above the full form of SMART. It is not
enough you should have below mentioned
qualities to be SMART.
1.Self-discipline.
It is important to have self-discipline. You should
have self-discipline in your life.
Self-discipline is the ability to push yourself
forward, stay mentioned, and take action,
regardless of how your surroundings are or you
are not much strong (self-discipline is practicing
good habits) without needing anybody. Self-
discipline plays a very important lesson in your
life. For instances, its discipline that pushes you to
do high quality work.
Self-discipline also enables you to keep going
through to great success, despite what other
might see as seemingly insure mountable odds.
Self-discipline is like a muscle, the more you work
on it and use it, the stronger it become.
Your plans should be self-disciplined.
Answer the question if you have self-discipline.
1.What does self-discipline mean?
2.What is your routine?
3.Is your self-discipline valuable and enough?
2.Self-control.
People uses variety of terms for self-control, some
are determination, grit, will power, and fortitude.
Self-control is defined as the ability to control
behaviours in order to avoid temptation and
achieve goal. Ability to resist unwanted bad
behaviour or urges, such as smoking, drinking
alcohol, gambling etc.
Researcher have found that people with better
self-control tend to be healthier and happier than
who does not have self-control over them both
for short term and long term.
For long term, exercising self-control tends to
strengthen it. Practicing self-control allows you to
improve it over time.
To have a best self-control. One must have the
strongest will power. Because will power is the
main key to self-control.
You should have self-control to make smart plans.
Answer the question if you have self-control.
1. Do you have bad habits?
2. Do you easily get annoyed?
3.How can you overcome your bad habits?
3 Direction.
Before you build SMART plan. You have to
choose a specific field and then in the field a
specific direction.
Mc Caskey (1974) opposed the tradition styles
of planning which necessities the setting of
specific goals.
Directional plans are flexible plans that set
out general guidelines. They provide focus but
don’t provide managers into specific goals or
cause of action.
When there is a high possibility of risk and
uncertainty, the management must allow
directional plans. This would make their plans
super SMART and easy to conduct and
complete.
To make your plan work the SMARTEST. You
have to choose a direction for it. Most
important point for your SMART plan is you
have to keep moving ahead whatever the
situation are. Don’t worry and afraid of
anything. Just keep moving and you will reach
your goal surely.
Answer the questions if goals are well
discipline.
1.What does discipline mean for you?
2.How can you introduce your life to
discipline?
3.How strict your discipline towards your is?
4.Guidance and analyse.
A plan must be formed with correct data
information. Planning is done for finding which
path is easy for you to reach your goal.
For smart with correct data information. You have
to analyse all the factors responsible for the
success in your goals. First your analysis should be
correct and best.
If you give your analysis more time the less time
you have to give in making your plan and to
interpret your plan.
As the analyse is important for every SMART plan,
in the same way guidance is dominant. And
foremost for the building of SMART plans.,
A great plan will denote the element that is
required and their volume or quantity and also
specifies the efficient and productive ways.
So a quality plans always required to form with a
verified data and information.
Answer the question for the best analyse and
guidance.
1.How will you guid yourself towards life?
2.What are the steps taken by you to analyse
your SMART plan?
3.How is guidance and analyse important for
every smart plans?
5 Altruistic OR Open hearted.
Altruistic means showing a disinterest and selfless
concern for the well-being of other that is selfless.
It is also defined as showing a wish to help or
bring advantage to other, even if it results in
disadvantages to for yourself.
This shows that your plan should have this quality
that is altruistic. Your plan must be altruistic and
selfless and helpful to other in all aspects.
All altruistic acts are prosocial, but not all
prosocial are altruistic. Your plans must not be
selfish, it must benefit the humanity. The path of
a complete circuit must be formed.
In other words your idea must go forth with the
purpose of serving and blessing the others in the
world.
If you are well introduced with the word altruistic
that means to help other without any expectation
of rewards. It will work for you a step ahead than
others.
Selfless help will then come back to you pressed
down, shaken together and running over. If it is to
benefit yourself exclusively the circle or circuit is
incomplete and you may experience a short
circuit in your plan.
Answer the question if your plans are altruistic in
all aspects.
1.How your SMART plans is going to benefit the
society?
2.How many person going to get that benefit?
And for how long time?
3.What does altruistic means for you?
Benefits of building your SMART plans.
1.Reduces your energy consumption or does
not take your energy more.
2. Increase in work efficiency.
3.Less consumption of time that means it is
done in less time.
4.Clarifies your end vision.
5.Help you to do your best.
Drawbacks of building Your SMART plans.
1.Your smart plans do not work everywhere
sometimes hark work is needed.
2.By making SMART plans you will be under
pressure.
3.If your SMART plans fail you will become
depressed.
4.May create unnecessary pressure.
5.Setting goals can sometimes inhibit your
creativity in other areas as all your focus
may be channelled towards your goals.
