Our mission is to better humanity through software and help drive the
creation of a socially and economically just world.
● Berlin has a long tradition of revolutionary politics and has a vibrant, diverse
and globally involved activist community. Being in Berlin allows us to work within
that community to advocate passionately for social and economic justice.
● Berlin is home to a large and diverse hacker and media arts community, a
community that is also very engaged in the political issues surrounding
information technology. Our presence here helps us stand up for the free
internet, and the rights of its users, as well as champion software excellence
and revolutionize the IT industry.
● Berlin is growing as a centre for technology startups, think tanks and has four
major universities. Getting to know these communities will mean that some of
the people we meet will become ThoughtWorkers, some will become clients,
and some will become allies, helping us to run a sustainable business.
