We should not stress ourselves by deadlines but one good way to break the habit of procrastination is
creating accountability and… the fear of loosing it if we fail. Find someone to hold you accountable.

5. Break down bigger projects into digestible chunks
It turns out we very often procrastinate when we perceive the task as complex, huge and at times
overwhelming. That is why it is best to break down such tasks into manageable smaller sub-tasks.

them on a daily basis.

7. Trick your mind by changing the pattern
We very often form a procrastination habit of indulging in other activity instead of doing what we are
supposed to do. We think, “just 10 more minutes of reading the news or browsing social media and I will
start…”. Try the opposite. Just 10 minutes of DOING WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO and then reading
the news or browsing social media.
