I'm a passionate and creative designer who likes
solving complex problems. I have an engineering
background and my approach is technical, even in
the ideation phase of design thinking. My MBA of
innovation management helps me see the bigger
picture on design projects. I'm a freelance
designer in the outdoor industry. I'm outgoing and
sociable - I love to connect with people. I'm

It hurts my heart if there are unsolved details
so I push hard to get all the design team
and every body else on board to make it better.
THEORETICAL vs PRACTICAL
I assemble prototypes and test them myself
in real conditions (rainy, snowy, sunny, windy),
I have to know what a shape on a computer
feels like when translated into the real life.

I take great inspiration from watching people’s behavior. Reasearch and development is a passion, just as traveling
and doing outdoor sports are. I love teamwork and listening to people.
I use all feedbacks in order to improve product until it fits the purpose perfectly. I enjoy learning and constantly strive to improve myself
I do market analysis, analyse concurrents and user needs to define product specifications. I design products managing creatitivity flow,
modeling concepts, analysing lab testing, finding manufacturing partners and distributors.

The RAIDLIGHT Olmo 12 is designed for long trail running races. It uses front
bottle concept for easy refueling without weaking the stability. It’s easy to take
a regular sip; easier than with a traditional hydration bladder system as users
are fighting gravity less because the liquid is higher on shoulder strap. Extremely
functional, it offers many storage solutions, The bag allows everyone to organize
his backpack following his own wishes..

The RAIDLIGHT concept System Custom Shoes is sustainable and adaptable.
With different accessories, users can adapt the shoe to fit perfectly, and for
the own particular usage and field conditions.
This innovative model has 3 patents to provide durability and versatility.
By replacing components when they are worn out, the shoe lasts longer
than any other shoe on the market.
