This document discusses Measures of Vocational Proficiencies (MVPs) and digital badges that are designed to help graduates obtain jobs. MVPs assess competencies in specific job fields like allied health and criminal justice. Students complete MVP assessments related to their field and earn badges demonstrating mastery of key skills. These badges can then be displayed on resumes and websites to showcase qualifications to employers. The MVPs and badges are designed to motivate students, demonstrate program quality to employers, and help graduates stand out during job searches.
