These new models offer plenty of opportunities for today’s banks to thrive. Winners are making their move now. To pivot to a new business model, banks will need to: Be brilliant Be realistic Be bold at the basics by establishing a highly efficient, stable foundation from which to grow. Personalization of customer service, multi-channel integration and digital channel enhancements will be key components. and conclude that they should not offer universal services for everyone. and decisive.
