ABOUT THE RESEARCH
We surveyed 2,900 young professionals who are under 30 years of
age and have been in the workforce for five years or less to measure
their perception of factors that contribute to their workplace
cultures.
The findings are a part of our Getting to Equal 2018 research, which
identified 40 workplace factors that create a culture of equality—
including 14 cultural drivers that matter the most—where all people
thrive.
