never use times new romans (and any informal font),
find unique fonts if necessary (from 1001fonts.com maybe)

your body, not
your slide
less animation will be better, or using simlple animation (fade effect)

(numbers) bullet
only use one level bullet, click-1 bullet-explain

7. #6 Add
diagram &
images
beware about choosing diagram & images. different chart type has different purpose
always use high resolution image, attach image source for using not free images

8. #7 Make
printable slide

9. #8 Don’t use
standard template,
layout, colour tone
but please, always use consistent style for each pages
