7. Bilateral active tuberculosis with ileocaecal T.B

8. On ATT with ileocaecal T.B.

9. Spastic cecum Transit time _ 10 hrs

10. Strictures, contracted cecum and distorted angle

11. Ileocecal T.B. stricture in transverse colon ascitic fluid cytology_ T.B. nature

12. Transit time 13 hrs deformed and mobile cecum

13. Delayed gastric emptying time transit time 8 hrs.

14. Malabsorption pattern ( 45 mts) symptoms mimic like T.B.

15. Ileocecal region not seen after 8 hrs stricure 2 nd part of duodenum biopsy _ T.B.

16. Ileocecal region not seen after 14 hrs on op. _ stricture at distal end of jejunum

17. Bypass surgery done

18. Round worm infestation linear filling defects

19. Rt Hemicolectomy _ widespread involvement ? crohn’s disease ( biopsy not available)

20. Ileocecal T.B. _ before Tt

21. After Tt. Pain not relieved

22. Mobile cecum _ supine position

23. Mobile cecum _ head down position
