Problem: Finding an interesting and
engaging PR stunt to promote KFL.
Solution : A 50 vs 50 people football match .This could attract media
and mass attention .The match could be between players from
franchises or amateur players.

Problem: KFL doesn’t have an
Instagram following yet
Solution : Create an Instagram contest to showcase Kerala’s best
street football moments. Promote it to audiences following other
football accounts using the tools like crowdfire and build a large
following for KFL.

Problem: The players aren’t
accessible to fans.
Solution : CREATE AMA (Ask me anything) Q&A program, through
Facebook for players to interact with fans.

Problem: Online PR of KFL is not
effective
Solution : Nowadays Blogs and online sites play a crucial role in
providing Pr. You can simplify the process of communicating with
them with a few techniques.
You can use tools like press.customerdevlabs.com or buzzsumo to
find out popular articles and their writers. After which use backlink
tools like openlinkprofiler to find out who has covered articles similar
to yours and ask them to feature your content. Also Tools like mixmax
enables to track emails .

Problem: Branding activities are
costly
Solution : Sponsor branded tea cups at tea shops around venues for
free as a part of KFL branding. This could be a cheap but effective
brand building strategy

Problem: Selling tickets are hard.
Solution : Create a online referral program for people to share links to
refer more people.
For example,refer 10 people and win a free ticket,20 and win a 5
match ticket, and 50 people and win a free tournament ticket .

Problem: Majority of the Upper
middle class fans who buy premium
tickets are not specially marketed to
Solution : Majority of these people check emails daily and send
weekly Malayalam email newsletters to KFL subscribers. Sending
Malayalam newsletters hasn’t been adopted before and could provide
publicity to KFL.
