10. The SUNY Educational Opportunity Centers’
academic and career programs, the ATTAIN
Labs on demand, self-paced programs and
the SUNY Small Business Development
Center’s Entreskills program (all part of the
SUNY Online Training Center) were
identified as Phase 1 of the launch.
Phase 1 also included the promise of auto-
admission at Empire State College or a SUNY
Community College upon completion of a
High School Equivalency or College
Preparation program.
SUNY for All launched with a unwavering vision to expand educational
programs and services in the urban and rural areas of NYS state in the
wake of COVID-19.
Phase 2 has focused on the creation and
transformation of EOC in-class or remote
programs into on-demand academic and
career programs.
SUNY for All expanded supports for all
students including facilitated SNAP
applications, college application fee waivers
for high-need students, enhanced food
insecurity services, auto-admission to SUNY
Canton for EOC students, the formalization
of the Pre-Med Opportunity Program (Pre-
Op) and announcement of SUNY's Big
Dreams, Small Step Program to Provide
Additional One-on-One Application Support
and Guidance for Aspiring SUNY Students

11. Within the Educational Opportunity Centers,
Phase 3 will include the launch of nine “learn
at your own pace” programs including:
• High School Equivalency
• College Preparation
• Computer Entrepreneur
• Child Development Associate
• Civil Service Exam Prep
• College Prep
• Customer Service
• Emergency Telecommunications
• Teacher Assistant
This phase will also include a review of the
program and recommendations for
improvement.
Phase 4 will focus on the continued
expansion of programs and services to meet
anticipated demand. Launching in this phase
will be the following:
• Pharmacy Tech
• Google IT Support Certificate
It is anticipated that the growth of SUNY For
All will only be limited by the creativity and
willingness of the system to find new and
innovative ways to serve NYS residents.
