some drawbacks also. Be careful next time while you
take it.
Fruit juices doesn’t same as original fruits. They contain
sugar as compared to other sugar drinks. There fore
before consuming it, you should dilute it.
2. ARE FRUIT JUICES HEALTHY
You can include fruit juices in your diet only if it fits into
your ideal calorie consumption.
A Half cup of grape juice has 80 calories and the same
quantity of apple juice has 60 calories.
Again, juice contains no fiber. The sugar present in
whole fruit gets balance with the amount of fiber in that
fruit.
So make sure to dilute the juices if you are consuming
them.
